Virtual Assistant — Branding & Digital Operations

Role Overview

 

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant to support Tealbe's internal operations and client delivery. This is a part-time, remote role with opportunity to grow. You will be working across two main areas:

 

Area 1

Tealbe Brand & Social Media — Managing Tealbe's own presence across platforms

Area 2

Client Services — Supporting client social media, websites, and SEO tasks

 

Responsibilities

 

1. Tealbe Social Media Management

–     Schedule and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms

–     Assist with content creation: captions, carousels, graphics using Canva or provided templates

–     Monitor engagement — respond to comments and DMs in Tealbe's tone of voice

–     Maintain a consistent posting calendar using scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, or Meta Suite)

–     Track performance metrics and provide brief weekly or monthly reports

–     Source inspiration, trends, and moodboard references aligned with Tealbe's aesthetic

 

2. Client Social Media Support

–     Manage content scheduling for client accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook

–     Assist with caption writing and light editing based on client briefs and brand guidelines

–     Coordinate with the Tealbe team to ensure client content is delivered on time

–     Maintain organized content libraries and approval workflows per client

 

3. Website Administration

–     Make content updates on client websites (Wix Studio )

–     Upload blog posts, update service pages, add images, and fix basic formatting issues

–     Coordinate domain, hosting, or technical queries with the Tealbe lead

–     Conduct basic website audits: broken links, mobile responsiveness checks, page speed

 

4. SEO Support

–     Assist with on-page SEO tasks: meta titles, meta descriptions, alt text, internal linking

–     Support keyword research using tools like Ubersuggest, Semrush, or Ahrefs

–     Help implement SEO recommendations on client websites under Tealbe guidance

–     Track basic SEO metrics via Google Search Console or provided dashboards

 Required Skills & Tools

✓  Social media management (IG, LinkedIn)

✓  Canva (intermediate+)

✓  Content scheduling tools

✓  Wix Studio / Wix Editor

✓  Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

✓  Basic SEO principles

✓  Strong written English

✓  Notion or project management tools

✓  Attention to detail

✓  Organised, proactive working style

 

Nice to Have

 

✓  Experience with design agencies

✓  Familiarity with brand guidelines

✓  SEO tools (Semrush )

✓  AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.)

✓  Google Analytics / GSC
